How we handle information when you visit our site, request a demo, or use QUAIL. Your enterprise agreement and DPA take precedence where they apply.

Last updated: April 11, 2026

This policy describes how QUAIL ("we", "us") handles information when you visit our website, request a demo, or use our services. If you are covered by an enterprise agreement, that agreement and any data processing addendum control where they conflict with this summary.

Information we collect

  • Account and contact data: name, work email, organization, and messages you send when booking a demo or signing in.
  • Service data: documents and metadata you upload to the product for processing and review.
  • Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, device type, and approximate location derived from IP for security and reliability.

How we use information

We use contact and account data to operate the service, respond to requests, bill where applicable, and improve product performance. We do not sell your personal information. We may use subprocessors to host infrastructure or deliver email; a current list is available on request for customers.

Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Customer-controlled retention for documents and reviews is configured per workspace and contract.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
