The service
QUAIL provides software for document analysis and quality workflows. We may update features, limits, or interfaces with reasonable notice where required by contract.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you upload, for maintaining the security of your accounts, and for complying with applicable laws and internal policies—including validation requirements for GxP use where applicable.
Disclaimers
The service may use machine-assisted analysis. Outputs are aids for qualified personnel, not a substitute for professional judgment or regulatory approval. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in your order form.
Limitation of liability
Except where prohibited by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if no fees apply—whichever is greater. Consequential and indirect damages are excluded to the extent allowed.
